These exquisite headphones are handmade by Meze Audio’s skilled artisans, drawing from a proud wood crafting heritage combined with cutting-edge audio technology and a sustainable design, for a timeless blend of performance and elegance. 

The walnut earcup frames are chiselled groove by groove and delicately sanded to ensure the smoothest feel, before having a coat of linseed oil applied. This final touch infuses the wood with a natural, matte texture that accentuates the wood grain and restores its innate, captivating colour.

Open back, dynamic driver, high end headphone. Meze 109 Pro are an all new design with an all new 50 mm driver. The driver features a M-shaped dome comprised of multiple materials: cellulose / carbon fiber dome composite paired with a beryllium / polymer composite on the outer portion of the driver. It is stiffer and more durable than alternatives and remains ultra fast.

The deep velour ear cups, low weight and soft, suspended headband provide outstanding comfort.

Meze 109 Pro Primal are fairly easy to drive so you can use them with portable sources, compact dacs, desktop amps or home audio components. For best results pair with a dektop amp or one of the new super dacs - iFi Gryphon, Fiio Q7 or Shanling H7. Quality cables are included as well as a hard shell carry case.
