Fiio BTR7 Review:
Headfonia.com:: the new king of ultra-portable Bluetooth DAC & AMPs, offers many tricks up its sleeve. It offers an extensive feature set for a palm-sized device and it can be placed in many setups due to its versatile nature. It is a brilliant option for the traveling audiophile with plenty of power and fidelity on the go
Audiosciencereview.com: Features and look of the FiiO BTR7 alone would set it aside from competition, justifying its price premium. Add desktop class performance and you get a complete package that puts a smile on your face. Happy to recommend Fiio BTR7.

Fiio BTR7 vs BTR5:
I was under the impression that the apple dongle was fine but after testing the BTR7 and other portable dac/amps in-store I realized that there was a massive difference. I got to try a bunch of other IEMS in-store which was epic.
You know, I really didn't need this, having a BTR5... but I am really surprised on how this is able to power my Senn HD560s. I'm using the balanaced connection and the audio quality is amazing. The BTR5 sound great, but lack power to really make the 560s shine. The BTR7 is able to handle them with power to spare! I've used this as a DAC for my computer and iPhone. I'm glad I opted for the iOs cable version... I haven't used them wirelessly that much, as I'm preffering the wired at the moment, but I'm looking forward to trying them further with my IEM in bluetooth mode.
