99 Neo are an updated, more affordable version of the extremely well reviewed 99 Classics - for the Neo model, the walnut ear cups have been replaced with a matte black, textured ABS housing, reducing the cost and making them resistant to scuffs.

The sound is very similar though and comfort is excellent, perfect for all day use at a computer, with memory foam pads, soft, flexible headband and minimal clamping feel. These float nicely on the head and around the ears.
