I think they are great - I just put them in and go about my work. They are especially great outdoors - with my regular ear phones I was always getting them caught or tangled. Because RHA TRueConnect is wireless no worries.
This is the first pair of Bluetooth earbuds I've found that fit comfortably and won't easily fall out when jogging, and they sound very good. I haven't had them for long but so far I'm very happy with them.
I've had these for about a month now & I love them! The audio quality is great. I compared them to my Marshall earbuds and AKG K495NC headphones and I was quite impressed! They are just a tiny bit lacking in the bass I think. And they don't do the best job of blocking out noise on transit etc compared to headphones obviously. I like that they come with many sizes of ear tips and even foam ear tips too. They pair automatically and instantly with my phone, and I haven't had any issues with the connection cutting out, even when my phone is in my bag or another room. I have a new Pixel but the connection was good with my older LG too. I don't know that they're great for phone calls, although I haven't had any major troubles yet. The battery lasts forever. I charge them once a week and use them a few hours everyday. The controls are easy to remember, and the buttons are sensitive so you don't end up poking it hard into your ear. The case is sleek and I love the slide-open, but the material leaves fingerprints easily. I trust Headphone Bar to carry the best stuff in general so I knew I'd be satisfied with this purchase. I just wish I bought them sooner!
Overall, I am happy with these earbuds but they are not perfect. I was hoping for a bit better sound quality. They are slightly muddy. If you value sound quality over convenience and being free from cables, then get wired earbuds as the quality of sound will be far better. On the other hand, for the price, I still enjoy them. Surprisingly, I like classical music on them better than other genres. Battery life is good. I think this is typical of all truly wirelesses but the only way to turn them off is by putting them in the case. The case is a bit heavy so you have to carry it around with you if you plan to shut them off while you are out doing your errands. If you don't put them in the case while you are driving, you are forced to take a phone call with them when my car's bluetooth sound is far superior. You could try to choose which device to use when answering but if you are the driver, obviously you can't. They are fairly comfortable. They connect to my iPhone Xr instantly. The left ear does occasionally disconnect and reconnect for a fraction of a second but it does not bother me. I understand that is universal with all units because only the right side connects by bluetooth and then it transmits that sound to the left. I use the Conform tips that came with it. They are a bit shorter than most Conforms and when I take them out after an hour, I still have the feeling they are in my ear for a while. They stay in my ears well enough for walking around and sitting. I haven't tested them doing anything vigorous. Overall, I suspect that these types of units will improve over time but this is certainly good for today. I don't want this to sound like a negative review, but rather one that shows these truly wireless devices still have a few practical drawbacks to them. I rated it 4 for the type of product and price range, but definitely not a 4 compared to wired devices.
My experience of using I'd rate as quite high...the only complaint I’d have is that the volume doesn’t go as high as I’d like
