Naim Dac-V1 demo unit

A few small marks on the case from in store use, full warranty, original packaging.

Naim Dac-V1 DSD Dac and Class A headphone amp Naim is owned by Focal and Focal used this Dac-V1 as a reference during development of their Elear and Utopia headphones. We tried the headphones with several dacs when Romain Vet, project manager at Focal was here in the store and really liked the sound of this Naim Dac-V1. While the V1 model has been out for many years, it was updated in 2016, adding DSD decoding. We like that the Naim has a nice balance, between never sounding sibilant or emphasizing brightness but still providing great clarity and detail. The headphone amp is a class A design, using their pre-amp output and multiplying the output current by 5x when a headphone is plugged in. It powers both Focal headphones very well and even drives the more difficult to power Hifiman HE1000v2 nicely. I
