Grado SR325x ear pads are the new f-cushion flat pads, the cable is a much improved 8 wire cable with a new braided wrap that will better resist twisting and tangling  - and just feels more like a high end quality component.

Headband is leather with minimal padding, still flexible and can be bent a bit to adjust fit. The drivers feature a new diaphragm, upgraded voice coil and motor system
