Grado SR225x Prestige Series Headphone. Open back audiophile headphone, the sr225x is much improved.  Comfort is better thanks to the padded headband and the new F-Cushion flat earpads. The cable is the double thickness 8 conductor version used in the higher end models, resists tangling and will have a longer life.

Grado SR2225x sound quality is excellent and the sr225x gets you much of the excitement of the sr325x but in the lightweight plastic housing. Clear, natural midrange lets guitar, vocals, piano, wind instruments shine in a lifelike way other $300 headphones cannot provide. The new 44mm drivers have improved motor, voice coil and diaphragms - the X Series improvements that elevate these headphones. Very easy to drive, get great results from dongle dacs or desktop usb dacs.
