Grado GS1000x

Grado GS1000x Statement series headphone. New and improved 2022 model, featuring Mahogany wood housing, which Grado has worked with for decades, combined with Ipe wood, to perfectly complement each other's acoustic traits. Mahogany exudes warm tones while Ipe improves control.

GS100x has new 50mm drivers with a more powerful magnet and lighter weight voice coil, designed to match with its unique wood housing. The cable uses 12 copper wires and is wrapped in a braided nylon for increased durability. These elements all combine to produce the wide open soundstage of the GS1000x and provide its outstanding its clarity and dynamics.

GS1000x is lightweight and the g-cush ear pads provide plenty of room for the ears and resist warming up while being worn, for excellent long term wearing comfort. GS1000x are high sensitivity, feed them the cleanest, clearest signal you can - they do not require high power headphone amps to shine.
