Beyerdynamic DT 900 Pro X over ear headphones, for mixing, mastering and listening, at home or on the go. DT 900 Pro X are easy to drive and give outstanding performance thanks to their new STELLAR.45 drivers, that have a low 48 ohm impedance and efficient 100dB sensitivity.
This new generation of drivers makes the DT 900 Pro X the perfect upgrade for anyone with an older or entry level studio headphone - if you have something like a sony v6, m30x, m40x, hd280 ... these are a great open back upgrade.
Soundstage is wide open and long wearing comfort is excellent thanks to the open back design. The velour pads and snug but just right clamping level feel great for hours of use. Cable is detachable and it includes both a 1.8m and 3m cable.
The DT 900 Pro X are an upgrade from the older DT880/990 models and sit below the DT 1990. These perform great with an interface like a Scarlett Solo or 2i2, a small Fiio dac or right out of an ipad or macbook pro.

great headphones!
As audiophiles, customers reading this may cringe, but I use these for PC gaming, after extensive research. For what I use them for they are excellent. FPS games like Tarkov, where good audio is a matter of life and death haha! Sound good with music as well of course. Good quality, replaceable parts. Very happy.

Great product, good company
Have been looking at the DT 900 Pro X for a while now, and when I saw a place other than Amazon or another big box store having them on sale, decided to grab them. Glad I did. Entire reason I have been looking at these is because I had to get rid of my planar magnetic cans from HiFiman because they triggered tinitus for me. Can happily say no ringing in the ears after using the Beyerdynamic cans. Sound great! Deliver took a couple days from BC to Saskatchewan. Site was easy to order from, will definitely be doing so again!

Beyerdynamic DT 900 Pro X
First of all processing and delivery was stellar, as always - bravo Headphone Bar! The Beyers are everything that the myriad of reviews have indicated. They are superb Studio Monitors, but they are also excellent for critical home listening. However, if you don’t want to hear edits and some of the warts in your music look elsewhere - these give you the full unvarnished picture. The exceptional comfort is icing on the cake.
