DAC Z8 uses a top of the line ESS 9038 Pro chip, surrounds it with a high end analog output design that provides faultless measured performance. Analog section is a fully balanced design, with rca and XLR outputs, as well as a high performance headphone out, with high/low gain and perfect for headphones up to 300 ohms. There is an ultra low noise power supply built in which underpins its high performance.

DAC Z8 is a pleasure to use, with its 3" bright colour screen, multi function volume control & matching control app for your phone. The bitrate of the music played displays on screen, confirming that your source is outputting the highest file quality available. The active input is also displayed on screen, along with MQA or DSD decoding indication. There are even three types of VU meters!
